The significant appointments during his service were, Member in Nepal-India joint border inspection team, Staff Officer General Supply, UNFIL HQ, Lebanon and as al Military Observer in UN Mission UNTAES in former Yugoslavia. He is actively involved in the general management of the company. |

JAYESH BIR SINGH BASNYAT DIRECTOR (SYSTEM AND TECHNOLOGY) Jayesh Bir Singh Bansyat has successfully completed his Bachelor’s in Computer Information System from Apex College, Kathmandu, Nepal. With his ultimate idea,” Security is not only related to physical manpower but will be more reliable only if integrated with technology.” Following these ideas, he has exclusively introduced the video surveillance systems and other security products and solutions; making G-Force the only security institute in Nepal which provides integrated security technology. He has successfully completed training programs conducted by Digifort (Authorized Distributor : Video Management System for Nepal) and Sorhea (Perimeter Detection System). Additionally; his roles also include management and administration of networking system. Furthermore, Mr.Basnyat has also developed the successful Management Information System (MIS software) for the entire in-house management of the company taking G-Force to a next level. COL (RETD.) BHIM BAHADUR SHAH MANAGING DIRECTOR Col (Retd.) Bhim Bahadur Shah graduated from Indian Military academy, Dehradun, India and has completed a numbe of Military trainings including Para basic, commando, Supporting arms(GPMG),Company commander course, Ranger and path finder course(Georgia,USA), New record system, Battalion Commander course, Leadership and management course and United Nations Unit commander course. He was also appointed in significant roles in the army Viz. Deputy Director of forest and Environment Directorate, Deputy Brigarde Commander and Commanding Officer of Mahabir Battalion (ranger). In addition, he was assigned as a Military Observer under MONUC in Congo and Battalion Military Intelligence Officer in UNPROFOR. Mr.Shah has been working with company since the last 5 years and has actively managed the operations department. MANIK PANDEY DIRECTOR (SALES AND MARKETING) Manik Pandey did his schooling and graduation from the St. Augustine’s School in Kalimpong, India and People’s Campus in Kathmandu. He has been associated with the security industry for more than 17 years and has always played a lead role in strengthening the business of the Company.
